Long Distance walking routes in Bedfordshire

Walkers are spoiled for a choice of long distance paths within the county;

Greensand Ridge Path 40 miles East/West between Gamlingay and Leighton Buzzard 
The Bunyan Trail 70 mile circular walk visiting many of the best parts of Bedfordshire. 
The North Bedfordshire Heritage Trail a circular route of 70 miles devised and created to attract walkers to discover the underrated area of North Bedfordshire and its heritage. 
The Two Ridges Link. 8 miles linking the Ridgeway with the Greensand Ridge Path from Ivinghoe Beacon to Leighton Buzzard. 
The Icknield Way is arguably the oldest path in Britain a 110 mile long distance path from Ivinghoe Beacon to Knettishall Norfolk near Thetford crosses the southern part of the county. 
Ouse Valley Way. 150 miles Follows the course of the Great River Ouse from its source near Brackley to the sea.
